Informationization is an important measure for building up a modem logistics. The practice that to build up a digital hospital, has committed the hospital to mine the function modules and protection potential, achieve the results as the hospital management optimization, quality improvement, support capacity improved significantly, and it also vigorously promoted the scientific development. In this article the author summarized the experience, analyzed the main problems, and proposed the development strategies.
