对出院患者进行电话回访是医院开展的一项人性化服务措施,对医院行风建设工作有重要意义,电话回访能搭建医患沟通的桥梁,监督医务人员的医疗服务行为,提高病人满意度,提供医疗健康信息,打造医院服务品牌,调动护理人员积极性,有利于促进医患关系和谐,提高患者满意度。
Telephone return visit to discharged patients is a humanized service in hospital,and is of great importance to hospital morals construction. Telephone return visit can build a bridge for doctor-patient communication,inspect medical staffs' services,enhance patients' satisfaction,provide health information,develop hospital service brand and mobilize nurses' initiative,and further to promote harmonious doctor-patient relationship and improve patients' satisfaction.
