摘要
目的提高门诊药房药物咨询服务水平。方法采用回顾性分析方法对2005年5月-2009年11月1300例门诊患者的咨询记录进行统计分析。结果 18.46%的患者咨询药物使用方法。18.46%的患者咨询药物用药时间,13.85%的患者咨询药物不良反应。结论门诊药房开展药物咨询可促进合理用药,提高临床治疗效果。
Objective To improve the medical consultation service in outpatient pharmacy. Methods Consultation records of 1300 outpatients in our hospital from May. 2005 to Nov. 2009 was analyzed retrospectively. Results Among these patients,18.46% consulted the administration time of drugs,and 13.85% consulted adverse effects of the drugs. Conclusion The development of medication consultation in outpatient pharmacy can promote rational utilization of drugs and improve the therapeutic efficacy.
