摘要
本试验研究了Diludin对20头20kg体重迪卡生长猪和24头60kg体重迪卡育肥猪生长的影响,并研究了对甲状腺素中三碘甲腺原氨酸(T3)、四碘甲腺原氨酸(T4)以及皮质醇含量的影响,以阐明其促生长作用机理。结果表明:(1)添加375mg/kgDiludin可以提高生长猪日增重和饲料报酬,但对日增重的影响前期大于后期,前期日增重(35150g)比对照组(32750g)提高733%,而后期日增重(80910g)比对照组(79250g)只提高209%。全期饲料报酬试验组(2096)比对照组(2219)提高554%。(2)添加25mg/kgDiludin可使育肥猪日增重和饲料报酬(9089g,377)分别比对照组(7609g,386)提高1945%,233%;添加50mg/kg可使育肥猪日增重和饲料报酬(9357g,372)分别比对照组(7609g,386)提高2297%,363%。(3)50mg/kg组猪膘厚(119±003)cm与对照组(128±026)cm相比下降703%,提高了瘦肉率。(4)血清T3质量比为25mg/kg组(0466±0202)n?
This experiment was conducted to
study the effect of Diludin on the growth properties of growing- pigs(20 DiKa pigs of 20 kg)and
fattening pigs(24 DiKa pigs of 60kg)Observations were kept on body weight, daily weight gain ,
feed conversion efficiency The concentration of T3, T4 and conticosteriod in serum were
measured by radio immunoassay (RIA)to explain the mechanism of the growth stimulating
properties of Diludin on pigs The result showed that (1) Diluidn could improve daily weight gain
and feed conversion efficiency of growing pigs Especially in earlier stage of the experiment
The earlier daily weight gain of group 375 mg/kg(35150 g)was improved 733% in contrast to
control group(32750 g) Whereas daily weight gain in later stage(8091 g) was improved only
209% in contrast to control group (79250 g) The feed conversion efficiency of group 375
mg/kg(2096) was improved 554% in contrast to control group(2219) (2)The result showed that
daily weight gain and feed conversion efficiency of group 25 mg/kg(90890,377) were improved
1945% and 233% in contrast to control group(76090 g ,385) respectively;The daily weight gain
and feed conversion efficiency of group 50mg/kg(9357 g,372) were improved 2297% and 363%
in contrast to control group(76090g ,386) respectively(3) Fat-thickness of group
50]mg/kg19003)cm] was decreased 703% in contrast to control group6)cm],and the percentage
of lean meat was increased(4) Compared with control groupL],concentration of T3 of groups 25
mg/kg and 50G-*8]mg/kg have an increasing tendency; concentration of T4 of group 50 mg/kg
was higher significently(p<005)than that of control group ;corticosteroid concentration of group
50 mg/kg has a decreasing tendency in contrast to control group Comprehensive surveying the
consquence of experiment, 50 mg/kg is the best dosage to fattening pigs and preliminarily
explained the mechanism of the growth stimulating effect of Diludin on fattening pigs
