论校本研究对体育教师内隐理论的构建

摘要 体育教师的内隐理论扎根于体育教师的思维意识之中,并形成了独特的教学方式,成为了其教学实践的逻辑起点,要提高体育教师的素质,必须注重体育教师内隐理论的构建,校本研究为体育教师的内隐理论的研究与构建具有重要的促进意义,使体育教师专业的发展过程中朝着科学性的良好趋势不断发展。
