神经内科设置病人安全管理护士的实践与效果

The effect of setting patient safety management nurses in the neurology department

目的:探讨神经内科设置病人安全管理护士对减少病人意外事件发生的作用。方法:在神经内科每个病区选取1名护士,经培训、确定工作职责后负责本病区的病人安全管理工作。结果:在设置病人安全管理护士后,病人意外事件发生率显著下降,病人对护理工作的满意度提高而投诉率降低。结论:神经内科病人安全管理护士的设置能更有效地提高护理人员对住院病人的安全管理意识和防范病人发生安全意外事件的能力,提高护理服务质量。

Objective： To explore the effect of setting safety management nurses on reducing accidents in the neurological departments. Methods： A nurse in each of the neurology ward was chosen and in charge of the patient safety management after training. Results： After setting patient safety management nurses, the incidence of patient accidents significantly decreased, the patients＇ satisfaction improved, and the complaints reduced. Conclusion： Setting patient safety management nurses in neurology wards can improve nurses＇ awareness and abilities to prevent accidents, and improve nursing service quality.
