肝移植患者社会支持与生存质量相关性研究

A correlational study between social support and quality of life in liver transplantation patients

目的:本研究调查肝移植门诊随访患者社会支持与生存质量的现状,并就两者的相关性进行分析。方法:以社会支持评定量表(SSRS)和世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表中文版简表(WHOQOL-BREF)作为研究工具,对仁济医院肝移植门诊65例随访患者进行调查。结果:65例患者社会支持3个维度中,主观支持得分高于全国常模(P<0.05),客观支持和支持利用度低于全国常模(P<0.01),总的社会支持相对较低;65例患者生存质量4个维度中,生理领域得分低于全国常模(P<0.01),心理领域、社会关系领域和环境领域得分均高于全国常模(P<0.01),总的生存质量相对较高;肝移植患者社会支持和生存质量均受诸多因素影响,社会支持的影响因素包括年龄、工作情况和家属关心程度,生存质量影响因素包括年龄和社会支持;肝移植患者社会支持和生存质量相关系数r=0.636(P<0.01),呈正相关。结论:肝移植患者社会支持水平较低,生存质量水平较高,两者受多种因素影响。肝移植患者社会支持和生存质量之间呈正相关。

Objective： The purpose of this study was to investigate the social support and quality of life among liver transplantation outpatients, and analyze the correlation between the social support and the quality of life in liver transplantation outpatients. Methods： Totally 65 liver transplantation outpatients of Renji hospital were investigated withthe instruments of the Social Support Rating Scale （SSRS） and the Chinese version of World Health Organization Quality of Life Brief （WHOQOL-BREF）. Results： The findings showed that： 1 Among the three dimensions of social support, the score of subjective support of liver transplantation outpatients was higher than that of national norms （P 〈0.05）, the scores of objective support and utilization of support were lower than that of national norms （P 〈0.01）, and the total social support was relatively lower. 2 Among the four dimensions of quality of life, the score of physical health of liver transplantation outpatients was lower than that of national norms （P 〈0.01）, the scores of psychological health, social relationships, and environment were higher than that of national norms （P 〈0.01）, and the total quality of life was relatively higher. 3 There were many factors affected the social support and the quality of life in liver transplantation patients, which was age, work and the careful level of folk for the social support, and for the quality of life, which was age and social support. 4. The coefficient of correlation was 0.636 between social support and quality of life in liver transplantation patients （P 〈0.01）. Conclusion： The social support of liver transplantation patients was lower, but the quality of life was higher, both were affected by many factors. There was positive correlation between the social support and the quality of life in liver transplantation patients.
