手术病人交接卡临床应用效果观察

The application of transfer chart during peri-operation

目的:加强手术病人交接中的护理质量管理,明确职责,进一步保障病人的安全。方法:设计并应用手术病人交接卡,对交接中容易疏忽和遗漏的护理细节进行提示及相互监督检查。结果:应用手术病人交接卡之后,术前准备不到位、术后静脉堵塞、病人物品遗落等现象明显减少。结论:手术病人交接卡的应用保证了手术护理工作的连续性和整体性,提高了手术病人交接过程中安全隐患的防范能力。

Objective： To improve the quality of patients＇ transfer before and after operation. Methods： The transfer chart was designed to reminder and supervise nursing details which was easy to be neglected and omitted, and the chart was applied. Results： After application the transfer chart, the incidents of not ready pre-operation preparation, iv block after operation, loss of patients＇ belongings decreased. Conclusion： Using transfer chart can improve consistency and integrity of peri-operation nursing and ensure patients＇ safety.
