摘要
目的:探讨CCU应用以护理问题为依据的护理分级量表。方法:由护士长或资深护士应用自行编制的CCU护理干预分级量表对CCU住院患者分别进行2次护理分级评分。结果:CCU心脏骤停复苏的患者以4级护理为主,其他患者以3级护理为主要级别,其次为2级护理。结论:量表的护理分级措施清楚、护理目标明确,涵盖了患者心理、ADL、治疗情况、病情、观察等方面的内容,原则性和操作性强,保证了护理质量。
Objective： to apply the nursing problems oriented grading scale in CCU. Methods： The head nurse or senior nurses evaluate CCU inpatients with self-designed nursing grading scale. Results： Patients after cardiopulmonary resuscitation should receive forth degree nursing, other patients should receive third degree nursing or second degree nursing. Conclusion： The scale has clear intervention and clear nursing objection, including psychological, ADL, treatment, condition, observation items. It can safeguard nursing quality.
