摘要
目的:了解我院2008-2009年肝病治疗中成药的应用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:回顾性调查2008-2009年我院肝病治疗中成药的用药金额、用药频度、日均费用等进行统计分析。结果:我院2008-2009年肝病治疗使用的中成药销售金额排列第一的为注射用苦参素,前10位销售金额和DDDs大部分为保肝降酶类中成药。结论:我院2008-2009年肝病治疗中成药用药基本合理。
Objective：To investigate the application of Chinese patent drugs for liver disease treatment in our hospital in 2008-2009 to provide reference for rational drug use.Methods：The retrospective investigation in respect of the consumption sum,DDDs and DDDc of Chinese patent drugs of liver disease treatment in our hospital in 2008-2009 was performed.Results：The top sales amount of Chinese patent drugs of liver disease treatment in our hospital in 2008-2009 was Matrine for injection.Most of top 10 Chinese patent drugs in terms of sales amount and DDDs were drugs with liver-protective effect.Conclusion：The use of Chinese patent drugs in our hospital was basically rational.
