Kringle 5 Protein's Biological Activaty and Its Mechanism

摘要 Kringle5是血浆纤维蛋白溶酶原的第五个饼环区结构域,在体外具有抑制内皮细胞增殖和迁移、在体内具有抑制血管新生和肿瘤生长的生物活性,在实体瘤、糖尿病视网膜病变、风湿性关节炎等疾病的治疗中有广泛的应用前景。 Kringle 5 is the fifth Kringle of plasminogen. The protein inhibits the proliferation and migration of endothelial cells in vitro and it also inhibit angiogenesis and tumor growth in vivo. Kringle 5 has a wide range of applications in solid tumors, diabetic retinopathy, rheumatoid arthritis, etc. In this paper, the biological activity of Kringle 5 and its possible mechanism are reviewed.
