摘要 目的探讨螺旋CT三维重建对颌骨骨折及颌骨内埋伏牙的诊断价值。方法对18例颌骨骨折及5例埋伏牙患者采用螺旋CT扫描及曲面断层摄片,进行比较分析。结果螺旋CT三维重建能清楚显示颌骨骨折及埋伏牙的立体解剖图像及其与周围解剖结构关系。结论螺旋CT三维重建有利于确定颌骨骨折的类型与骨折的移位情况;有利于对埋伏牙进行准确定位,能做出正确的术前诊断并优化手术方案。 Objeetiv To investigate the value of three dimensional (3-D) spiral CT Reconstruction indiagnosis of maxillofacial fracture and embeddedd impacted tooth. Methods By comparatively analyzing tomograms of Spiral CT and curve fault for 18 maxillofacial fracture and 5 impacted tooth patients. Results Spiral 3-D reconstruction can clearly indicate the three-dimensional dissection image of the Maxillofacial fracture and impacted tooth, also the structural relations between the Maxillofaeial and its'surroundings. Conclusions Spiral 3-D reconstruction is favorate to not only confirm the type and shift of Maxillofacial fracture, but also pinpoint the impacted tooth, and then make the correct evaluation of diagnosis before surgery and the optimize of surgery scheme.
