医家的临证经验是中医各家学说学习和研究的重点之一，医案作为医生临床实践的宝贵记录是《中医各家学说》教学过程中一个不可缺少的内容。本文以易水学派为例，论述了学派医案学习在《中医备家学说》教学过程中的作用与方法。

A study and research on the medical experiences of doctors is an important point in teaching of Schools of Chinese Medical Theory. As valuable medical literature, we must start with learning medical record. This article discusses the function and method of learning medical record of Yishui School in teaching of Schools of Chinese Medical Theory.
