通络治肝法结合西药治疗三叉神经痛的临床研究

The clinical research on patients with trigeminal neuralgia treating by dredging channels and regulating liver integrated with antiepilepsy drugs

目的观察治肝通络法结合抗癫痫药物治疗三叉神经痛的临床疗效，探讨中西药结合治疗三叉神经痛的思路。方法选择三叉神经痛患者85例，分为治肝通络法结合西药治疗组（治疗组）和单纯西药治疗组（对照组），治疗2两个月，对疼痛VAS评分、生活质量评分和临床疗效进行评价。结果治疗组在降低疼痛评分、提高生活质量评分和临床疗效三方面均优于对照组。结论治肝通络法结合抗癫痫药物治疗三叉神经痛可减轻疼痛发作、提高患者生活质量优于单纯药物治疗。

Objective： To observe the curative effect on trigeminai neuralgia by the treatment of dredging channels and regulating liver integrated with antiepilepsy drugs. Methods 85 cases were divided randomly into treatment group and control group.Two groups were treated two months, the scale of pain, quantity of life and curative effect were observed in research. Results The clinical effect of treatment group was much better than control group. Conclusion The combination treatment can reduce pain episode, promote quantity of life of patients.
