摘要 本文介绍了在役设备微小试样取样机的开发,该取样机体积小、重量轻、易于安装,能够有效的从在役设备表面应用电火花成型技术取得微小的、厚度薄的小试样。对典型压力容器用钢16MnR钢板进行了取样研究表明,取样热影响层很小,热影响层和熔化层总厚度小于10μm,小冲杆实验结果表明小冲杆力学性能测试结果和传统拉伸试样测得的力学性能几乎一致。 Aiming at small punch test, this paper introduced development of in-service miniature sampling machine based on the EDM technology which could effectively obtain a small and thin specimen from the equipment surface. And the machine can be fixed easily due to its compact design and light weight. The16MnR, typical pressure vessel steel plate, sampling study showed that the thickness of the melt and thermally affected zone lower than 10μm and the small punch test result showed that it was as nearly same as traditional tensile test.
