人工全髋关节置换术系统护理及康复治疗的临床疗效

Rehabilitation care of patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty

目的:探讨人工全髋关节置换术患者的康复护理方法。方法:选取2005年1月-2007年4月80例人工髋关节置换术患者80例入选实验组,2000年1月-2004年12月70例行人工髋关节置换术患者入对照组,对对照组实行系统的人工全髋关节置换术围术期康复训练程序。结果:实验组患者髋关节功能按Charnley标准评分,优良率80%;对照组优良率为60%,两组具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:系统化康复护理有利于人工全髋关节置换术患者关节功能恢复,减少并发症发生,提高患者生活质量。

Objective：To explore the methods of rehabilitated nursing care for the patients with total artificial hip replacement.Methods：80 patients with total artificial hip replacement from Jan.2005 to Apr.2007 were included into the experiment group.70 case with total artificial hip replacement from Jan.2000 to Dec.2004 were included into the control group.A prioperative rehabilitated training program was worked out in the experiment group.Results：According to the scale of Charnley, the exllent and good rate in experiment group was 80%.That in control group was 60%.There was a significant difference in the two group （P0.05）.Conclusion：Systematic rehabilitated nursing care can accelerate the restoration of joint function, reduce complication and increase the quality of life of the patients.
