摘要
目的:探讨氟伐他汀对慢性心力衰竭患者心功能及预后的影响。方法:采用回顾性分析的方法,分析我院收治的120例慢性心力衰竭患者的临床资料,依据治疗方式不同分为观察组和对照组。结果:观察组患者治疗后生命体征、彩超结果及心电图结果均明显优于对照组,P<0.05,差异均有统计学意义。结论:氟伐他汀治疗心力衰竭患者临床疗效明显,值得临床推广应用。
Objective：To investigate the effect of fluvastatin on cardiac function and prognosis in patients with chronic heart failure （CHF）.Methods：The clinical data of 120 cases of chronic heart failure （CHF） were analyzed retrospectively.The 120 patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the treatment methods.Results：After treatment, the vital signs, color Doppler ultrasound findings and ECG results of the patients in the observation group were significantly superior to the control group （P0.05）, the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion：That using the fluvastatin to treat the CHF has better clinical efficacy and is worthy of clinical application.
