摘要
课堂提问一直是英语教学的重要组成部分。教师提问是促进学生思维和学习的最常用的教学方式之一。恰当的课堂提问可以激发学生的学习兴趣和创造力,使学生成为课堂的主体。课堂提问的有效性取决于提问的策略性,即:提问的目的、问题的类别、问题的准备、问答过程的控制、问题的反馈等都对提问的有效性有着制约和影响。课堂提问的数量与质量直接影响一堂英语精读课成功与否。本文先论述了在英语课堂教学中的提问策略,然后在实践层面上,针对英语精读课堂的特点阐述了如何通过问题的合理设置进行有效提问。
Classroom questioning is the most frequently employed tactics in English teaching to promote the students' study.The proper questioning can stimulate the students' interest and make the students the main body of classroom.The effectiveness of questioning is determined by questioning strategies.The quantity and quality of questioning have direct influence on the English intensive classroom.The article first discusses the questioning strategies,and then elaborates how to conduct effective questioning through designing the proper questions.
