随着市场对创新型口译人才的需求日益增长,口译人才的培养成为各高校外语教学的主要目标。然而,由于各种原因,目前口译教学并不乐观。本文针对这些问题,从以下四个方面探讨创新型口译人才培养:了解市场需求,使高校口译教学与市场接轨;加强口译师资队伍建设;充分利用真实口译语料;培养学生创造性思维能力。

In recent years,with the increasing demands of market for interpreters,it becomes the main goal of universities to train innovative interpreters.However,problems existing in interpretation teaching have obstructed the development of interpreters.With regard to all those problems,this essay attempts to cultivate innovative interpreters by adopting the following four steps,such as bridging market demands and interpreting teaching,enhancing interpreting teachers' abilities,making full use of authentic interpreting materials,and developing students' creative thinking.
