主动固定电极行右室流出道间隔部起搏的临床研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨行右室流出道(RVOT)间隔部起搏采用主动固定电极与被动固定电极在术中及术后随访参数的差别。方法需要安置体内埋藏式心脏起搏器的72例患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,主动同定电极组40例,用主动固定电极起搏术,被动固定电极组32例,用被动固定电极起搏术,记录两组在术中及术后的起搏阈值、感知及阻抗三个参数,并进行比较。结果主动固定电极组植入电极后即刻可以达到理想起搏阈值,比被动固定电极组高[(0.553±0.269)V比(0.421±0.268)V,P〈0.05],被动固定电极组植入电极后即刻阻抗比主动固定电极组高[(899±232)Ω比(654±173)Ω,P〈0.05],术后两组感知比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。术后3个月随访时,两组起搏阈值比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论使用主动固定电极起搏是安全可行的。
