关节腔注射加针灸治疗膝关节肿痛的临床观察

Clinical observation on intra-articular injection plus acupuncture-moxibustion therapy of knee joint swelling and pain

目的比较关节腔注射加局部神经阻滞、针灸治疗、及关节腔注射加针灸治疗的临床效果。方法采用多中心、随机、对照的方法。每组30例,关节腔注射加针灸治疗为观察组;针灸治疗为对照1组;关节腔注射加局部神经阻滞为对照2组;结果关节腔注射加针灸治疗较对照1组,对照2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论关节腔注射加针灸治疗,使膝关节的肿痛迅速缓解,不仅显效快而持久,且副作用小。

Objective To compare the clinical effects with intra-articular injection plus local nerve blocks therapy,acupuncture-moxibustion therapy,and intra-articular injection plus acupuncture-moxibustion therapy. Methods The methods of multicentral,randomized controlled trial were used. Each group had 30 cases,intra-articular injection plus acupuncture-moxibustion therapy for the observation group. Acupuncture-moxibustion therapy for the control group 1,intra-articular injection plus local nerve blocks therapy for the control group 2. Results There were significant differences on therapeutic effect of the intra-articular injection plus acupuncture-moxibustion therapy group compared with the control group 1,control group 2（ P 0. 01）. Conclusion Intra-articular injection plus acupuncture-moxibustion therapy is to relieve knee pain and swelling rapidly,not only markedly rapid and long lasting,but also fewer side effects.
