The Technology and Application of Maldng Irrigable Pressure Steel Tube in Site

为解决引水隧道高压钢管岔管、直管和弯管工厂预制体积大、运输困难、成本高的难题,介绍了压力钢管现场制造的施工工艺,制造与检验,安装与安全施工技术。实践证明,压力钢管现场制作能保证产品质量,降低生产成本,加快施工进度。

In order to solve the problem in large volume,carrying and high costing of precasting the high pressure steel tube, batch tube,straight tube and bend used in diversion tunnel. This paper introduces the technology of the pressure steel tube made and constructed in site, examined, installed and constructed safely. It was shown that the technology can assure products quality, reduce production cost and quicken construction pace.
