摘要
分析了医院药品调配过程存在的不安全因素,采取了改善措施,引进了自动分包机、新建静脉药物配制中心,针对新的工作模式,设计了药品安全调配系统并应用于实际,主要对口服医嘱、静脉输液医嘱的调配流程进行了改进,提高了药品调配过程的安全性。
Having analyzed the unsafe facts in drug dispense in hospital, Safety Drug Dispense System was designed for Automatic unit-dose tablet sorting and counting machine（ATM） and pharmacy intravenous admixture services（PIVAS）, in order to improve safety in drug dispense.
