摘要
本文概要地总结了我国地震预报的主要进展，分析了短临地震预报难以取得实质性突破的主要原因，并从辩证认识论角度探讨了短临预报的可能性。
The main advances of the earthquake prediction in our country have been systematically summarized.The main reasons why it is difficult to make the essential break through of short and impending term earthquake prediction in the near future have been analyzed,and the possibility of short and impending term prediction has been discussed from the dialectical epistemology.
