摘要
在烟草中已分别进行过与抗旱有关的甘露糖醇-1-磷酰脱氢酶基因、甜菜碱脱氢酶基因,二氢吡咯-5-羧酸酶基因,晚期胚胎发生丰富蛋白(LEA25)基因,海藻糖合成酶基因,过氧化物酶基因的转抗旱基因烟草的研究。转Mn-SODcDNA的转基因苜蓿,表现了较强抗寒性和抗旱性。转HVA1基因的转基因水稻,其第二代的抗旱性和抗盐性得到了明显提高。转抗旱基因作物在我国北方农业中有着广阔的应用前景,但转抗旱基因作物研究在我国还比较薄弱。
The genes relating to drought resistance such as:mannitol phosphate dehydrogenase gene,betain aldehyde dehydrogenase gene,pyrroline-5-carboxylase gene,late embryogenesis abandant proteiins gene,trehalase gene,peroxid dehydrogenase gene,these genes were transfered in tobacco.The superoxide dismutase gene was transfered in alfalfa,the transgenic alfalfa had higher cold resistance and drought resistance.The HVA1 gene was transfered in rice,the transgenic rice get higher drought resistance and salt resistance.There are widely prospect of applying drought resistance transgenic in our country,but the study of drought resistance transgenic crop in our country is very less.
