Heilongjiang is a great agricultural province with rich natural resources,a large area of land and a very potential development although some concerned modern techniques are applied far from enough.However,agricultural sustainable development is possible by way of optimizing of natural resources composition,making good use of natural resources and adjusting industrial structure.
