摘要
在玻璃建筑中,单层索网用于屋面采光顶时很难做到大空间,因为水平布置的单层索网采光顶很难满足大跨度对刚度的要求。结合北京某建筑玻璃采光顶支承结构方案,提出一种多次杂交的结构支承体系,即单层索网+张弦梁杂交支承结构,以提高单层索网在其面外的刚度,然后对单层索网、张弦梁及杂交整体支承结构体系的设计指标进行了研究。另外,对本工程施工全过程进行模拟分析,包括张弦梁的安装、单层索网拉索的张拉、玻璃的安装等。
Monolayer cable net is difficult to achieve large span when used as supporting system in glass roofs,as it has very weak stiffness.A new kind of supporting system hybridized by monolayer cable net and beam string structures(BSS)is applied in a glass roof of an office building in Beijing to increase its out-plane stiffness.Design specifications of the monolayer cable net,the beam string structures and the hybrid supporting system are studied.Besides,construction simulations are carried out,including beam string structure erection,monolayer cable net tensioning and glass setting.
