摘要
介绍了上海世博会世博轴大型索膜结构的一系列试验研究,包括阳光谷钢结构不同节点形式的力学性能、膜材和连接件的力学性能、预应力索膜结构体系的鲁棒性、膜面风振特性等。给出膜边界的破坏模式以及最终确定的膜边界连接件,指出膜面体系具有较好的鲁棒性。通过测试结果,给出各测点基于位移的风振系数计算公式。这些研究工作为索膜结构的安全性提供了保障。
A series of experimental studies on large cable and membrane structure of Expo Axis in Expo 2010 Shanghai China are introduced in detail,including mechanical performance of different kinds of joints for the free-form steel truss,the strength of membrane material and different fasteners,the robust properties of pre-tensioned cable-membrane system,the wind-induced dynamic characteristic of membrane surface.The destructive modes for membrane boundary and final fasteners are put forward,and it is indicated that membrane surface has excellent robust properties.By measuring results,the calculation formula for wind-induced dynamic coefficient based on displacement is indicated.These studies supply assurance for safety of cable-membrane structure.
