摘要
昆山南站为典型的线下式站房,外钢结构为拱壳形式。该工程结构体型复杂、交叉施工问题突出,施工难度极大。在此背景下,站房拱壳创造性地采用了跨外逆装法,从分段设计、支撑体系设计及测量控制方案、典型节点施工等方面采取针对性技术措施,并通过施工模拟等手段作为其技术支撑,最终以较小的投入、在极短的时间完成了工程安装,取得了良好的社会经济效益。
Kunshan South Railway Station is a typical under-track station with a shell-shape exterior steel structure cover.This project is characterized as its complicated structure,overlapping construction,and difficulty construction works.Under such circumstances,the station shell is installed inversely out of the bay.Based on construction simulation,technical measures are adopted from segments design,support system design,measuring scheme and typical joints construction.The project is finally completed in short time and less investment which brought good social and economical efficiency.
