摘要
西安咸阳机场T3A航站楼主楼为钢结构和钢筋混凝土混合结构,40根钢管混凝土柱为主楼屋盖结构的支撑柱。综合考虑土建工程施工工艺和总体施工计划安排,决定采用分两段跨内吊装的施工方案。重点介绍了钢管柱制作过程中下料尺寸预放量、端部铣平、钢管矫正等工序,以保证钢管的几何尺寸和精度;以及钢管柱安装过程中,定位螺栓安装、钢管柱对接、钢管柱测控等工艺,取得了良好的效果。
Main building of T3A Terminal Building of Xi’an Xianyang Airport is mixed structure with steel and reinforced concrete,and there are forty concrete filled steel tube columns as support columns of main building roof.By considering the construction technology of civil engineering and total construction plan comprehensively,the construction scheme of hoisting in span through two segments is adopted.The process of reservation of blanking during steel tube fabrication is introduced in detail to assure the geometry size and precision,as well as the milling flat at ending and correction of steel tube.Besides,the location bolt installation,docking and measurement and control of steel tube column are also indicated during installation of steel tube column.It has gained excellent effects.
