摘要
对深圳京基金融中心施工全过程进行工况模拟计算分析,确定本工程施工监测内容:温度荷载、构件内力、竖向位移,制定先进合理的钢结构施工关键部位的应力应变、压缩和沉降位移、温度影响的监测方案。详细阐述了测点布设,传感器系统、采集系统、数据分析及存储系统等监测系统的选型、现场搭建,数据无线传输等关键技术。为自动采集数据创建先进可靠的监测技术。指出监测系统分3期进行搭建,各期均包括仪器购置和系统现场布设等内容。
By simulation analysis for the whole construction process in Shenzhen Kingkey Financial Center,the monitoring contents are determined,which include temperature load,internal force of component,and vertical displacement.Furthermore,the reasonable monitoring scheme for stress and strain,shrinkage and settlement displacement,temperature influence of key construction parts is established.Besides,the monitoring points setting,and selection,putting up on site,wireless data transportation for monitoring systems including sensor system,collection system,data analysis and storage system are described in detail.It is pointed out that the monitoring system is divided to three phases to set up,and each phase includes device purchase and setting on site.
