摘要
目的建立当归养血丸中阿魏酸含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法。色谱条件:色谱柱为HypersilC18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-1%冰乙酸溶液(25∶75);柱温:25°C;流速:1.0ml/min;检测波长为320nm;理论塔板数按阿魏酸峰计算不低于3000。结果阿魏酸在0.03~0.48μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9997。阿魏酸平均回收率为98.90%,RSD为0.94%。结论该方法操作简单、准确、重复性好,可用于当归养血丸的质量控制。
Objective To establish the method for quantitative determination of ferulic acid in Danggui Yangxue Pill. Methods The high performance liquid chromatography ( HPLC) was employed in this study. The chromatographic analysis was performed on a Hypersil C18 column ( 250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm) by elution with methanol-1% glacial acetic acid ( 25∶ 75) . The flow rate was 1. 0 ml/min,and the column temperature was maintained at 25 °C. Detection was conducted at 320 nm. Theoretical plate numbers of ferulic acid was not less than 3000. Results Good linear relationships were showed in a range of 0. 03 ~ 0. 48 μg ( r = 0. 9997) . The average recovery rates obtained for ferulic acid were 98. 90% with 0. 94% of RSD. Conclusion The HPLC method is reliable,reproducible and accurate,and can be used for quality control of Danggui Yangxue Pill.
