摘要
利用基于信息扩散理论的风险评估方法,对中国东南沿海各省、市、自治区的热带气旋进行了风险分析.该方法简单易行,分析结果意义清楚,对防灾抗灾具有一定的指导作用.
Disaster of tropical cyclones along China's coast is analysed by the method of risk assessment based on the theory of information spread. The method is simple, and the meaning of the results is clear, which provides certain guidance for the disaster prevention.
