牛乳中主要过敏原组分的分离纯化 被引量:1

摘要 本文采用硫酸铵分级沉淀法和等电点沉淀法来提取牛乳中的主要过敏原酪蛋白组分,通过SDS-聚丙烯酰胺电泳检测发现,酪蛋白分离最佳条件是:pH值4.6、温度55℃。
