为更好地掌握情况,了解实情,使职工的合法利益得到有效地落实,工会的维权职能能够落实到位,北京市东北旺农场工会专门下发了500份关于职工合法权益落实情况的调查问卷,提出工会工存在的问题及解决措施。
In order to better grasp the situation,understand the facts,so that the legitimate interests of effective implementation of the maintenance function of trade unions to put in place,Beijing Dongbeiwang union issued the 500 farm workers legal rights and interests on the implementation of the questionnaire proposed labor union problems and solutions.
