规范化临床护理告知在藏区患者中的应用

目的将护理告知内容全面运用于藏区患者中。方法将2009年3月－2009年月7月我院住院的临床患者208例，随机分为：临床护理告知观察组和对照组各104例。结果临床护理告知观察组的患者满意度和遵医行为等明显高于对照组。结论规范有效的护理告知，可以提高藏区患者满意度、提高患者对疾病相关知积的认识、积极主动配合治疗和护理，提高护理工作质量。

Objective ： Will inform the comprehensive care of patients used in Tibetan areas. Methods March 2009 - 2009 years in July our hospital 208 cases of clinical patients were randomly divided into., clinical care informed observation group and control group of 104 cases of all kinds. Results of clinical care of patients this observation group satisfaction and compliance to treatment was significantly higher and so on. Conclusion standardized and effective care this can improve patient satisfaction Tibet and improve patient understanding of disease-related product knowledge, and actively with the treatment and care, improving the quality of care.
