弱爆炸波吹灰器在大唐盘山电厂的应用 被引量:2

摘要 由于传统的蒸汽吹灰存在故障率高,吹灰效果差,蒸汽消耗大等特点,影响锅炉的安全经济运行。针对大唐盘山电厂3号锅炉空气预热器堵灰严重的问题,对空气预热器采用弱爆炸波吹灰器进行改造并获得成功。实践证明弱爆炸波吹灰器解决了空气预热器结灰不易清除的问题,保证了锅炉长期高效运行,达到了节能增效、安全生产的目的,可为同样存在空气预热器堵灰问题的电厂提供借鉴。 The traditional steam soot blowing has the disadvantages of high failure rate, bad blowing effect and high steam consumption, which affect the safety and economic operation of boiler. In order to solve the dust block of air preheater, the weak blast wave soot-blowers was adopted in air prcheater. Practice has proved that the weak blast wave soot-blowers has solved the problem of removing ash difficultly in air preheater, which ensured the long-term efficient operation of boiler and achieved the purpose of energy conservation and safety production. It provided reference for power plants with dust block of air preheater fouling.
