卤水中氧化镁的提取工艺进展 被引量:6

摘要 随着中国经济的高速发展,对氧化镁产品的消费必然会有很大的提高,而从卤水中提取氧化镁既环保又能降低生产成本。对从卤水中提取氧化镁的6种方法的工艺、优缺点以及适用性进行了分析和介绍。分别从原料卤水要求、主要原料消耗、设备、环保、产品纯度以及目前企业使用情况等方面对各种氧化镁提取工艺进行比较,指出卤水氧化镁提取工艺的未来发展方向,并对中国卤水资源开发的方向进行了展望。 Along with the rapid development of China′s economy,consumption of magnesia products must be improved greatly.Extracting magnesia from brine not only can protect environment,but also can reduce the production cost.Processes,advantages,disadvantages,and applicability of the six magnesia extraction methods from brine were analyzed and introduced.And all the extraction methods were respectively compared in terms of requirements on brine,main raw materials′ consumption,equipment,environmental protection,product purity,and current product service conditions in enterprises etc..In addition,the development direction of magnesia extraction technology from brine in future was pointed out and the development direction of brine resources exploitation in China was also prospected.
