单侧外固定支架结合锥形松质骨螺纹针治疗股骨髁上骨折

Treatment of Supracondylar Femur Fractures with Unilateral External Fixation Apparatus and Cone-shaped Threadnail Used for the Spongy Bones.

对采用多功能外固定支架及锥形松质骨螺纹骨针治疗股骨踝上骨折的疗效进行分析。自1994年起采用该方法治疗股骨髁上骨折13例,随访6个月至2年,骨折全部愈合。按Kolmert疗效评定标准:优7个关节,良4个关节,可1个关节,差1个关节,总优良率84.6％。认为锥形松质骨螺纹骨针用于股骨髁间骨折,能避免髁间骨折块分离,产生良好的加压效应,促进骨折愈合。该方法具有操作简单、创伤小、固定可靠、并发症少等优点。

Thirteen cases with supracondylar femur fractures were treated with unilateral external fixation apparatus and cone-shaped thread-nail used for the spongy bones since 1994. All the patients were followed up for 6 months to 2 years. All the fractures had sound union. According to Kolmert' standard, 7 excellent, 4 good, 1 fair and 1 bad, the rate of excellent and good cases is 84.6 % . The threads of cone - shaped thread - nail were presented only over the anteri-or 1/3~1/2 part of this nail to be used for Schatzker' s(?) of Supracondylar femur fractures. The appropriate compres-sion force exerted over the contact surface of the fracture fragments enhanced bone healing. This therapy has many ad-vantages, such as easy to operate, mild trauma, firm fixation and less complications.
