RF-Ⅱ与Steffee钢板治疗腰椎滑脱107例对比分析

Comparative Analysis between RF-Ⅱand Steffee Plate in Treatment of Lumbar Spondylolistnesis

对1990年10月至1997年10月间,用RF-Ⅱ与Steffee治疗腰椎滑脱107例疗效进行分析。经9个月至7年的随访,结果发现与Steffee比较,RF-Ⅱ具有复位率高,能恢复椎间隙高度及腰骶部生理弧度,症状完全缓解率高等优点,但其角度椎弓根螺钉易弯曲、断裂。认为RF-Ⅱ可用于各种腰椎滑脱。

From October 1990 to October 1997, 107 cases of lumber spondylolisthesis were treated with RF-Ⅱ and steffee plate. All cases were followetl up for more than 9 months. Compared with sleffee plate, although with a high oc-euring rale of angular pedicle screw bend and breakage, RF-Ⅱhas following advantages: high reduction rate, recovery of intervertebral height and lumbosacral angle, high complete relief rate of symptoms. We believe RF-Ⅱmay treat any type of lumbar spondylolisthesis.
