摘要
As a novel technology,supported liquid membrane extraction has gradually become the direction of the research of extraction,for the advantages of using little organic solvents,good selectivity and repeatability.This paper is based on describing the working principle,structure and infiuencing factors of supported liquid membrane,and research in domestic and foreign literatures which are in the same period, and give a review on the application of supported liquid membrane in meat security determination.
