女性精神分裂症患者婚姻调查

Marriage of Female Patients with Schizophrenia

目的探讨女性精神分裂症患者婚姻质量问题。方法采用Olson婚姻质量问卷(ENRICH)对60例已婚女性分裂症患者进行评定并与60例健康已婚女性的评定结果进行对照。结果女性精神分裂症患者的婚姻质量除经济安排和信仰一致性外均低于健康组(t=10.5,P<0.01);患者组的家庭经济收入对婚姻质量的影响有显著性差异(x±s=189.10±21.40,P<0.05)。结论女性精神分裂症患者的婚姻质量明显下降。

Objective To investigate the quality of marriage in Female patients with schizophrenia.Methods A total of 60 cases of married women were assessed in patients with schizophrenia and 60 healthy married women with the assessment results were compared by Olson marital quality questionnaire （ENRICH）.Results The female patients marital quality is lower than those outside the group consistency （t=10.5,P0.01） except economic arrangements and beliefs. The family income which affect the marital quality of patients＇ group is significantly different（x-±s=189.10±21.40,P0.05）.Conclusion The female patients＇ marital quality declines sharply.
