综合心理干预对改善精神分裂症患者家属心理状况的效果研究

Study on Effect of Synthetical Psychological Intervention on Psychologic Status of Schizophrenics Fansily

目的探讨改善精神分裂症患者家属焦虑、抑郁状态的综合心理干预方法。方法 105例门诊精神分裂症患者家属按照评定的焦虑水平,随机分为干预组(53例)和对照组(52例)。对照组采用普通的门诊健康宣教,干预组给予综合心理干预。4周后对2组家属的焦虑情绪、对医院的满意度、对疾病知识的掌握程度等项目进行比较。结果精神分裂症患者家属经综合心理干预后焦虑水平(46.52±7.33,51.43±11.28)、对医院的满意度(25.60±2.31,22.35±2.76)、对疾病知识的掌握程度(1.88±0.48,1.41±0.39)均显著优于对照组。结论应重视精神分裂症家属的心理问题,给予综合心理干预能明显改善精神分裂症家属的焦虑症状,提高疾病相关知识,提升满意度。

Objective To investigate the effect of synthetical psychological intervention on depression,anxiety of schizophrenic family.Methods A total of 105 schizophrenic family were devided into study group（n=53） and control group（n=52） randomly.The subjects of control group were given the common clinical healthy education; while those of study group were given the synthetical psychological intervention.The level of anxiety,the degree of satisfication to the nursing and knowledges about the disorder between the subjects of two groups were compared.Results The anxietic level of study group（46.52±7.33） was lower than that of control group（51.43±11.28）.The degree of satisfication to the nursing（25.60±2.31 vs 22.35±2.76） and knowledges about the disorder （1.88±0.48 vs 1.41±0.39） were better than those of control group.Conclusion The synthetical psychological intervention can improve the level of anxiety,the degree of satisfication to the treatment and knowledges about the disorder.
