大学生体像烦恼与自我完美主义倾向的关系研究

Body Image Depression of College Students and Its Correlation with Self-Oriented Perfectionism Tendency

目的了解大学生体像烦恼的一般状况,揭示大学生自我完美主义倾向与体像烦恼之间的关系。方法采用问卷调查563名大学生,对数据进行相关分析,多元逐步回归分析。结果 1不同性别的大学生体像烦恼差异显著(t=-4.78,P<0.001),不同生活区域、年级差别不显著(t=-0.33,P>0.05;F=0.13,P>0.05);2大学生自我完美主义倾向与体像烦恼相关显著(r=0.90);3自我关注的倾向和与人比较的倾向对体像烦恼有显著的预测作用(F=19.14,P<0.001)。结论大学生的自我关注的倾向和与人比较的倾向能较好的预测体像烦恼。

Objective To understand the situation of body image depression and its correlation with self-oriented perfectionism tendency of college students.Methods Scales were adopted to investigate 563 college students,and the correlation analysis and multivariate stepwise regression were used on data.Results ①There was a significant difference in the body image depression between sexes（t=-4.78,P0.001）,but not among areas and grades（t=-0.33,P0.05;F=0.13,P0.05）.②There was a significant correlation between the self-oriented perfectionism tendency and body image depression（r=0.90）,and self-interest tendency and comparing with others entered into the regression equation of body image depression（F=19.14,P0.001）.Conclusion Self-interest tendency and comparing with others can forecast body image depression.
