摘要 目的研究大学生拖延行为及其人群表现特点。方法采用一般拖延问卷(GPS)对819名大学生进行问卷调查。结果大学生拖延总分为(54.96±10.05),92.9%的大学生有不同程度的拖延表现。男生(54.73±10.33)和女生(54.91±9.76)在总体拖延水平上不存在统计学差异(P>0.05),但在具体拖延行为表现上存在差异;不同年级大学生的拖延行为存在显著差异(F=3.740,P=0.005),大三学生(56.06±9.89)的拖延得分最高,但和大一(54.71±11.32)学生无差异,而是显著高于大二(53.52±9.07)、大四(53.59±10.37)和大五(52.19±9.88)学生;是否独生子女(t=-0.453,P=0.650)及家庭居住地不同的大学生(F=0.709,P=0.492)在拖延状况上无显著差异。结论拖延行为在大学生中普遍存在。 Objective To study the current situation and group characteristics of procrastination behavior among university students.Methods A total of 819 university students were assessed by the General Procrastination Scale(GPS). Results GPS score of university students was(54.96±10.05),There were 92.9% students who had different level of procrastination behavior. There was no significant difference between male(54.73±10.33) and female(54.91±9.76),but were significant differences in the specific performance of procrastination. There were significant differences between the students in different grades(F=3.740,P=0.005),university students of grade 3 had the highest score(56.06±9.89),which was higher than the Grade 2(53.52±9.07),Grade 4(53.59±10.37) and Grade 5(52.19±9.88) significantly. There were no differences between only children and non-only children (t=-0.453,P=0.650) and different family residence (F=0.709,P=0.492)in the degree of procrastination.Conclusion Procrastination is a common phenomenon among university students.
