摘要
目的探讨青少年生活事件、认知情绪调节、焦虑和绝望之间的调节作用。方法应用青少年生活事件量表(ASLEC)、认知情绪调节问卷(CERQ)、Beck焦虑量表(BAI)、Beck绝望量表(BHS)对504名大一新生进行测评,运用层次回归分析和结构方程模型来研究变量之间的作用关系。结果积极认知情绪调节和消极认知情绪调节对青少年生活事件与焦虑的调节效应分别是-0.097、0.125;青少年生活事件对焦虑的总体效应为0.412,其中直接效应为0.293,通过消极认知情绪调节的间接效应为0.119;青少年生活事件对绝望的总效应是0.222,其中直接效应为0.131,通过消极认知情绪调节的间接效应为0.090。结论积极和消极认知情绪调节均可以调节青少年生活事件与焦虑,均不能调节青少年生活事件与绝望。
Objective To explore the moderation among negative life events,cognitive emotion regulation,anxiety,and hopelessness in adolescents.Methods A total of 504 college freshmen participated in the measurement with three scales of Adolescents Self-Rating Life Events Checklist(ASLEC),Cognitive Emotion Regulation Questionnaire(CERQ),Beck Depression Inventory(BDI) and Beck Hopelessness Scale(BHS).Hierachical regression analysis and structural equation model were conducted separately to demonstrate the mediate and moderate effect of Cognitive Emotion Regulation among negative life events,anxiety,and hopelessness.Results Both positive cognitive emotion regulation(PCER) and negative cognitive emotion regulation(NCER) moderated the relation between negative life events and anxiety remarkably,the effect were-0.097 and 0.125,respectively.The total effect of ASLEC on anxiety was 0.412,including the direct effect of 0.293 and indirect effect of 0.119 through NECR.The total effect of ASLEC on hopelessness was 0.222,including the direct effect of 0.131 and indirect effect of 0.090 through NCER.Conclusion Both PCER and NCER moderated negative life events and anxiety in adolescents; can't moderate negative life events and hopelessness.
