July 2nd, 2010, Health Bureau and Public Security Bureau in Shenyang held a joint conference to announce that Public Security Bureau would assign their police staff as vice presidents to 27 hospitals. Only three days later even before those police staff hadn't taken their new assignment, this incident has been put on hold indefinitely.
