东莞市120网络急救站院前急救技能现状分析

Analysis of First Aid Skills of the 120 Network Hospital in Dongguan

目的:了解东莞市120网络急救站院前急救医护人员的急救技能状况,为全市急救技能规范化培训提供科学依据。方法:通过随机访谈和问卷调查相结合方式,对急救模式、现场处置、人员培训、有关急救技能规范的掌握等情况进行调查。结果:院前急救模式为指挥型,现场处置率为75.6%,80.5%医院能对急救人员进行常态急救技能培训,基层医院医护人员对有关急救技能规范的掌握良好率53.1%显著低于二级以上医院的74.5%(P<0.01)。结论:东莞市院前急救采用指挥型模式能合理有效地利用现有各级医疗单位的资源,但院前急救技能水平普遍较低,应加强各级医疗单位,尤其是基层单位医护人员的急救技能培训和规范。

Objective：To know the emergency care personel first aid skills status of the 120 network hospital so as to give some reference to study the skills training model. Methods： Interview and a self-designed questionnaire were taken to conduct investigation on pre-hospital emergency service models, scene handing, training and first aid skills level. Results： The pre-hospital emergency service model was director and the scene handling rate was 75.6%. The emergency care personnel taken first aid skills training routinely were 80.5%. The good first aid skills standard rate of emergency care personnel in basic unit hospital （53.1%） was significantly lower than that in the second-level above hospital （74.5%）,P〈0.01. Conclusion： Director mode can use the existing medical resources effeetively and reasonably, but the first aid skills are generally low. We should strengthen all levels of medical units, especially the emergency care personnel of the basic unit.
