血必净在肺缺血再灌注损伤中的保护作用

Protective Effect of Xuebijing on Lung Injury caused by Ischemic- reperfusion

目的:探讨血必净对肺再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法:新西兰兔随机分为对照组和实验组,分别用LPD液、血必净加LPD液行肺动脉灌洗和保存,18 h后观察病理形态及测量一氧化氮(NO)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化。结果:高倍视野下对照组较实验组肺泡上皮及毛细血管上皮细胞肿胀、肥大,少部分组织可见肺泡内有红细胞渗出、间隔增宽等。实验组肺组织中的N0及SOD含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),MDA含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:血必净对再灌注损伤肺具有明显的保护作用。

Objective： To investigate the protective effect of Xuebijing on lung injury caused by ischemic- reperfusion. Methods： New-Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into control group and experiment group. In control group, the lungs were perfused and preserved with LPD solution, the other with LPD ＋ Xuebijing solution. The lungs were preserved for 18 hours and then reperfused with rewarming whole blood. After reperfusing the lung samples were examined by pathology, measure of NO, SOD and MDA. Results： The reperfusion injury lungs were fresh, but had partial congestion,edema and ecchymoma under naked eye,under light microscopy the structures of the pulmonary vesiculars, branchia and capillaries were complete, but the epithelial cells of the vesicles and capillaries in the control group were more swelling and hypertrophy than that in the experiment group.NO and SOD were higher in the experiment group than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. MDA was lower in the experiment group than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusions： Xuebijing has obvious preservative effect on reperfusion injury lung.
