超敏C反应蛋白与2型糖尿病肾功能损伤相关性分析 被引量:3

The Correlation between High Sensitivity C Reactive Protein and Renal Injury in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Disease

摘要 目的:探讨超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)与2型糖尿病(T2DM)肾功能损伤的相关性。方法:T2DM患者按改良的肾病膳食改良实验(MDRD)方程计算肾小球滤过率估计值(eGFR),评价肾功能损伤情况,将T2DM患者分为无肾损伤组、轻微肾损伤组、中度肾损伤组和重度肾损伤组,比较各组的超敏hs-CRP、胱抑素、肌酐和白细胞等在不同组中的分布。结果:T2DM组hs-CRP明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01),但在不同肾损伤组间没有差异P>0.05,hs-CRP测定值与eGFR相关系数r=-0.408(P<0.01)。结论:hs-CRP可作为T2DM早期肾损伤的预测因子,但不是评价肾功能损伤程度的良好指标。 Objective: To explore the correlation between the high sensitivity C reactive protein (hs-CRP) and renal injury in patients with type 2 diabetes disease(T2DM). Methods: The patients with T2DM were divided into four groups, no-injury of renal, slight-injury of renal, mid-injury of renal and severe-injury of renal, according to eGFR calculated by modified MDRD formula. Among different groups,the level of hs-CRP, Cys, Cr and WBC were detected and the results were analyzed by statistic.Results:The level of hs-CRP in patients with T2DM was significantly higher than that in normal group (P〈0.01), but there were not difference between each group with renal injury. The relation factor between hs-CRP and eGFR was -0.408(P〈0.01 ). Conclusion: Although hs-CRP would be a predictor of the early renal injury in patient with T2DM, but it is not a good target for indicating the severity of renal injury.
